Notes to the Forgotten She-Wolves

28th January 2020

I am very excited to be among the writers taking part in Notes to the Forgotten She-Wolves – a project to remember the forgotten women of history and bring attention to undervalued voices.

It has been curated by Athena Stevens, and will be taking place at Shakespeare’s Globe in London over the course of five nights this January and February. Each night will have four different monologues.

My own will be on 19 February, with a piece about Margaret of Anjou, and… drumroll... I’m going to be reading the piece myself! It will be the first time I’ve ever done this kind of performance, but once I’d written it, I really wanted to. So wish me luck… or should that be break a leg?
