I shall start today’s newsletter with an update on Charlie.  I’m sure many of you will be thrilled to know that he has flown the nest. Growing ever more handsome by the day, his adolescent plumage is now sleek and smooth and he spends his days strutting his stuff in the lake with the rest of the ducks.  Like any teenage boy, he ignores my calls, gives a shrug and waddles of to play with the big boys.
