I've been quietly working on my new novel, which is to be about Katherine Parr. I've kept quiet about it so far because I have been rather overawed by her scholarship and felt that I couldn't write about her until I had understood her thinking. So while I have been on tour with The King's Curse in England and in the US I have been reading her beautiful translations of prayers and psalms and her own original writing. Much much more about her in the months to come.
